The state of Dentists websites in Miami
We pulled 60 dentists in Miami, FL from Google Maps and could check 59 of them for a real, mobile-ready website; the rest blocked automated checks. Here's the state of the local market.
How we measured this
Google Places API (New) Text Search, up to 3 pages (60 results max) per (niche, city) query — matching the product's own pagination depth (apps/api/src/routes/agent.ts's SEARCH_MAX_PER_QUERY) — plus a live homepage fetch (browser-UA retry on bot blocks, up to 400 KB) checking for a mobile viewport meta tag. Facebook/Instagram/etc. listed as 'website' counted as no real site, matching the product's own definition. Bot-blocked sites are unverifiable and excluded from the percentages.
What 6.8% means for dentists in Miami
In Miami, only 4 of the 59 dentists we checked lacked a real, mobile-friendly website. That is too few to call a pattern: this market is mostly covered already, and any opportunity here is one business at a time, not a whole segment.
